Leathers are difficult to size, due to the fact that all manufacturers have a different idea of the chest to waist to height ratio. The only common standards are the chest or US size, to the Euro size. Off the shelf leathers are made to these standard sizes - if your measurements vary greatly from the average, it's probably best to consider
Made to Measure - indicated by a 'yes' in the M2M column of the Leathers index.

To measure for a helmet, wrap the tape around the widest part of your head, just above the ears. Take your hair - or lack of hair into consideration, if you prefer a tight fit chose a smaller size, for a loose fit, go for a larger size. Remember. the interior foam will 'give' with use, so if you are unsure, go for a smaller size.
